We would like to invite you to join us at this year’s Eastern Video Expo which will bring together content distributors and content producers. We are the largest event of this kind in the country with a one day trade show devoted to you the vendors with no conflicting meetings or events to compete against. In fact, the Breakfast with the Vendors is on the trade show floor.
Our conference is structured to maximize visitors to your booth in the shortest amount of time. We devote a full day to you thus reducing or eliminating your stay at the hotel. We will have room to accommodate 40 exhibitors and are projecting over 400 attendees.
Exhibitors will be provided with a 10’ wide by 8’ to 9’ deep, one 6′x30″ table, 2 chairs, free wireless internet access, one 20 amp power outlet and a list of conference attendees. If you require additional space, it can be made available (Check for discounts – additional space is a time-sensitive offer).
Exhibiters should email their location requests. Reservations for space will be held for three days. If payment is not received your request may not be honored and an alternate location will need to be chosen.
A presentation space is available for use by any exhibitor for an additional charge. Presentations are limited to 20 minutes and will be available each ½ hour between 9:30am-12 noon and 1:45pm-3:45pm.

Your sponsorship will help to keep the attendee’s costs down and make it possible for municipal and community media stations and independent producers with small budgets to attend and meet you. The Eastern Video Expo, is produced by the Jersey Access Group, CineTech, and Fairleigh Dickinson University Film Program, in association with TelVue Corporation, Varto Technologies, Helmer, Conley and Kasselman, and the National Association of Telecommunications Officers & Advisors, The Alliance for Community Media (ACM), New Bay Media, and the New Jersey League of Municipalities. The Expo is designed to bring together community media TV station staff and volunteers, independent film makers and producers, TV engineers and technicians, IT Staff, Legal Counsel, municipal officers and advisers, board members, educators, government managers, elected officials, manufacturers and vendors, and advocates and supporters of community media and local broadcasting.
